JEBA Organized a Workshop entitled (Legal Challenges for Commercial sectors)

The Jordanian European Business Association (JEBA) organized a workshop entitled (Governance of Family Businesses - Ensuring the successful transfer of the family business to future generations) presented by Eng. Including corporate governance in general, the components and characteristics of family business governance, senior management, boards of directors, and the family constitution. The workshop included a presentation to explain the benefits and advantages of governance. In addition, the names of some international companies that apply the concept .of governance were presented. Eng. Marji also mentioned the importance of women's role in family governance
